Patience; you want to keep checking, refreshing, calling, texting, but in the end the outcome remains the same. Patience is your friend.
Adaptation; cold, hot, dry, humid, city, suburbs, pandemic, mountains, happy, afraid, lost: we as humans have the great ability to adapt and couple this ability with patience and we can do almost anything.
Head space; taking care of yourself should also mean taking care of your brain. This one is tough for me as I feel that my brain is almost always overworked. First step (for me) is to realize it's happening. Next will be to start working toward an actionable plan to ensure my brain can relax every once in a while.
Love; a pandemic means you're around your loved ones more often than not for undetermined amounts of time. To be successful you must be patient, willing to adapt, think before you act and love one another.
